Maestro: a prime example of sustainable wood management
All products under the Maestro label — Maestro Panel, Maestro Latt, Maestro Steps, and Maestro Splitt — are made exclusively from PEFC/FSC-certified wood. This reflects Depro Profiles’ commitment to sustainable forest management and the responsible use of natural materials. Sustainability is embedded not only in the product itself but also in every stage of the production process.
Energy
At the heart of every product lies energy — and that’s no different at Maestro. For nearly ten years, Depro Profiles has been using solar energy, saving around 350,000 kWh of electricity per year — the equivalent of the annual consumption of 110 households.
Climate-neutral adhesives
All Maestro products are made using only climate-neutral adhesives. These glues are solvent-free — making them a more environmentally friendly alternative to solvent-based adhesives — and their production is carbon-neutral. Sustainable production also means carefully examining the origin and manufacturing process of raw materials supplied by partners.
Wastewater
Maestro products are manufactured without the use of added water, which means that no wastewater is generated during production. As a result, Maestro products have zero impact on groundwater or water quality.
Residues
Residual materials from cutting certified MDF panels, such as offcuts and sawdust, are not discarded but reused for thermal recovery. In addition, Maestro products themselves can be fully recycled at the end of their lifecycle.
