Step by Step

1

Step 1: Prepare the profiles

Saw the profiles to size:
Cut the top and bottom profiles to the correct length using the saw and the cutting tool from the assembly kit.

Tip:
Apply painter’s tape to the saw area to prevent damage to the profile. This ensures a clean finish.

Attach the side covers
Stick the side covers to the sides of the top and bottom profile.

2

Step 2: Mount the profiles

Attach the bottom profile to the floor and the top profile to the ceiling using double-sided tape.

Then drill the profiles in place using the included plugs and screws.

3

Step 3: Prepare the slats

Measure the distance between the bottom and top rail. Subtract 11 mm so that the slats can rotate freely after installation.

Saw the slats to this length.

4

Step 4: Fastening the slats

Open the bag with fastening systems.
Note: the system consists of four different parts:

Fastening clips for the bottom profile

Fastening clips for the top profile

Fastening clips for the top of the slat

Fastening clips for the bottom of the slat

Place the correct fastening clips into the top and bottom profile.

Place the correct fastening clips at the top and bottom of each slat.

5

Step 5: Insert the slats

Click the slats one by one firmly into the top and bottom profile.

Add slats by repeating the steps above.

6

Step 6: Check the installation and you’re done

Check that all slats are properly secured and can rotate smoothly. And voilà!
